Welcome to Blendscan, the innovative augmented reality (AR) and 3D scanning solution available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. By using our app or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using Blendscan.

2. Service Description

Blendscan allows users to scan physical objects and transform them into 3D models. These models can be:

• Integrated into websites via iframe.
• Exported as PNG images or photos.
• Downloaded in formats like USDZ, GLTF, and more.

The service is available in two tiers:

• Free Plan: Users can create 3D models but are limited to one active iframe at a time, restricted storage space, and no file downloads.
• Premium Plan: Offers unlimited features, including unlimited iframes, storage, and file downloads in various formats.

3. Eligibility

To use Blendscan, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Own a compatible mobile device running iOS or Android.
• Comply with the applicable laws and regulations in your region.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation:

To access Blendscan features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4.2 Account Plans:

Users can select between the Free and Premium plans. Switching between plans is possible via the app settings.

4.3 Account Termination:

Blendscan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Free and Premium Plans

5.1 Free Plan:

• Limited to one iframe at a time.
• Restricted storage capacity.
• Additional features such as downloads and advanced formats are unavailable.

5.2 Premium Plan:

• Unlimited access to all features, including downloads and multiple iframes.
• Storage limitations are removed.
• Premium features are accessible upon successful payment.

5.3 Plan Changes and Cancellations:

• Upgrades to Premium take effect immediately.
• Downgrades or cancellations revert accounts to Free Plan limitations at the end of the billing cycle.

6. Pricing and Payments

6.1 Premium Fees:

Pricing for the Premium Plan is available in the app and may vary by region.

6.2 Billing Cycle:

Payments for the Premium Plan are processed on a subscription basis (annually).

6.3 Refund Policy:

Refunds are generally not provided except as required by local consumer laws.

6.4 Third-Party Payments:

Transactions made through Apple or Google platforms are subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Limitations and Restrictions

• Inaccurate or incomplete 3D models due to poor scanning conditions or image quality.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or network issues.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Blendscan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blendscan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or its services, including data loss or third-party claims.

12. Modifications

Blendscan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app, and continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law.
